The Defence Accounts Department is committed to render efficient, correct and prompt accounting, payment and financial services leading to customer satisfaction. It is also committed to render efficient audit services to ensure public accountability.

PAO(ORs)AOC i.e Pay and Accounts Office(Other Ranks)AOC is a Sub-Office of the Organization of Controller of Defence Accounts(CDA), Secunderabad under Defence Accounts Department, Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

The PAO is responsible for Maintenance of Pay Accounts and Provident Fund of about 29,000 Personnel below Officers Rank of Army Ordnance Corps. CDA Secunderabad is the Main Office and the Hqrs. Office of the Organization is Controller General of Defence Accounts(CGDA) located in New Delhi.
